Kelvin Code is operated by ANDERSON DE ALMEIDA MELO TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA. General and support contact: security@kelvincode.com.

Kelvin Code is beta software, provided "as is", without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These terms cover both Kelvin Local — the app you download and run on your machine — and Kelvin Code Cloud, the optional service that coordinates your organization's Nodes, runs, live rooms and evidence.

You are responsible for how you use the software and the Cloud, the people you grant access to, and the apps, data and accounts you test with them. Use only content and systems you are authorized to test, and do not use Kelvin to violate third-party rights or terms.

During the beta, features may change, become unavailable or be discontinued. The availability of a Mac, external providers and the network may also affect runs and live rooms.

Official binaries are distributed exclusively at github.com/andermelo/kelvin-releases and through this site. Official Cloud services use kelvincode.com domains.

Good-faith security research is welcome. Report to security@kelvincode.com before disclosing publicly. There is no bug bounty programme yet.

These terms may change during the beta. The current version will always live on this page.
