Terms of Use

Kelvin is beta software, provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Draft pending legal review.

Kelvin Local and Kelvin Code Cloud are distinct products. These terms cover the app you download and run on your machine; the Cloud is in closed alpha and will have terms of its own.

You are responsible for how you use the software and for the apps and data you test with it. Do not use Kelvin to violate third-party terms.

Official binaries are distributed exclusively at github.com/andermelo/kelvin-releases and through this site.

Good-faith security research is welcome. Report to security@kelvincode.com before disclosing publicly. There is no bug bounty programme yet.

These terms may change during the beta. The current version will always live on this page.
