The two invitations
One lets somebody watch the app run. The other lets somebody read what a run sealed. Neither turns into the other.

Being in the room is not being in the audience
The two are recorded separately on purpose. Somebody who only watched leaves nothing behind — no account, no membership, no contact. Somebody who may read the package was named by a person already in that audience, while the session was still open.
An invitation grants nothing until somebody arrives
Until then it is a door, not an admission. Revoking it closes the door on whoever has not arrived; anybody who already accepted keeps reading, and removing them is a separate control on the same page.
The address is not kept
The e-mail itself is never stored — only a hash of it — so Kelvin cannot mail the same person again from memory. To try again, type the address again.
